So I am sure a lot of people have heard about the "sidewalk chalk guy" or has seen some of his work. Julian Beever, also known as the "sidewalk chalk guy," has been creating trompe-l'œil chalk paintings since the mid-1990's. He uses a projection technique called anamorphosis to create the illusion of the objects we see in his paintings.
Beever is a freelance artist and does murals for companies around the world. Check out these paintings in this video on YouTube.com.
